Audience watches in horror as performer gets shot in the head mid-performance!

A performer had to be rushed to the hospital after getting shot in the head with a crossbow.
A performer at the National Arts Festival in Makhanda was shot in the head with a crossbow during a performance at the weekend.
The terrifying incident took place on stage during Brendon Peel and Li Lau's show, the "Carnival Sideshow and Other Magical Things", on Sunday.

Lau apparently did not complete a puzzle and the crossbow was fired - luckily the crossbow did not penetrate his skull and there were doctors in the audience.
Lau shared a video of himself on Twitter reassuring the public that he is indeed doing well and that the show will still go on.
