Ten-year-old girl 'dies from excitement' halfway down a 83-metre water slide

A little girl tragically lost her life during a fun family trip.
In the story originally reported by The Sun, the family says the little girl had been looking forward to the trip to Zehnder’s Splash Village in Michigan, US for a long time.
As soon as she was tall enough to go on the water park's biggest slide, little London Eisenbeis was prepared to go on the slide. The 10-year-old could barely contain her excitement as she prepared to “drop” down the 83-metre-long tube, but somewhere down the slide, but tragedy struck and her excitement threw her heart into an abnormal rhythm, sending her into a cardiac arrest.

The slide in the tube is only a few seconds long and when she came out, her heart had stopped beating. London was rushed to a hospital and put on life support, but died days after the tragedy. Reports say that doctors found out she had Long QT syndrome, a heart rhythm disorder that can cause heartbeat palpitations, fainting, drowning, or even sudden death.
Her mum, Tina, 44, spoke exclusively to Sun Online about her daughter's death in February last year in a bid to raise awareness of 'hidden' heart conditions.
A video was taken before she went on the slide:
