Recently, a property listing for a ‘Studio Garage’ located in Sea Point, Cape Town has been going viral.
The property is only a measly 63 m2 and is located directly behind the garage to the unit.
From the pictures, you can see that the entrance to the property is through the garage.

The apartment itself consists of just enough room for a bed, and a small area acting as a kitchen with no place for cooking.
