Sleeping on a particular side of the bed could make you happier!

You may just think of it as a side of the bed but it turns out if you choose a specific side you could be happier.
According to a recent study done by a mattress company if you sleep on the right side of the bed you could be happier. Right side sleeping men feel more relaxed and less stressed out.
So what does that mean for people who sleep on the right side? Either way, someone is going to be unhappy. Right?
Well, unless you switch it up every now it seems to be true!
There are however certain things that you could do to make yourself happier. Try sleeping on your left hand side regardless of which side of the bed you're on. Get 8 hours of sleep, eat a healthy diet and all those other things
