She hosts courses, both online and in 'real life', where she helps humans heal from past traumas and find their purpose.

I happened upon Eva, not by chance, but by going through my own traumatic experience. Through talking about it with a friend, he guided me towards her Instagram, urging me to follow her and hopefully take something from it. He has been possibly the biggest guiding force in my current life shock/life change, and I am incredibly grateful. They always say 'when the student is ready, the teacher will appear'. And she did.

Eva will shock you, but she will also change the way you see the world. The way you think and the way you process emotions and trauma.

There is no good or bad. Our emotions just are. Some hold a more dense vibration, others feel lighter. Underneath saying good or bad there’s actually deeper feelings. Can we get familiar with actually speaking to those deeper feelings to other people? It makes a big difference because we are allowing people to really see us in our true emotions. So rather than saying “I’m good”, can you instead maybe say “I have a lot of joy in my heart”. And instead of saying “I’m having a bad day/week” can you instead maybe say “I’m feeling quite stressed and overwhelmed”. Speak directly to your experience and your emotions. This will open us up to deeper connections and more support too. Cause you’re being real with sharing your truth, and giving others permission to do the same.

Emotional flashbacks This morning something brought on an emotional flashback of a traumatic event from the past. It sent me into a stressed freeze state, activated by the sympathetic nervous system. I stopped breathing, my muscles tensed up, and I had a pounding heart. I let my body completely contract, to allow my body to do what it instinctively wanted to. I curled into a ball and tensed all my muscles and waited for my body to naturally release. I did this a few times until I was able to move through it and to feel the emotions underneath. The pain, sadness, grief then followed and I just cried and cried, steering away from the story my mind was running and tracing the sensations in my body, breathing into them and letting the energy move through me. I allowed my inner child to feel. And all day I’ve had my inner parents speaking to her, telling her she is safe, and soothing her back into a relaxed state every time I’ve stopped breathing or tense up, to help bring the parasympathetic nervous system back on board.
