He's a Michelin Star chef, a businessman, and an innovator, but he's also a human being that goes through ups and downs!
Jan Hendrik is in South Africa launching his 'Innovation Studio' in Cape Town, a place where young culinary students can come and learn, and have the freedom to make mistakes!
He joined Danny in studio to talk about the studio, his ups and downs in his industry, and his deep seated love for food, saying "it's in the blood".

With the launch of his Cape Town-based 'Innovation studio', he has put a call out to all South Africans to send him recipes that have been passed down from generations! He is looking to rebrand and innovate some of our old favourites and start the largest South African cookbook library! He wants your books, recipes, and generations-old family favourites!
