It's a thing: Biohacking

Biohacking can be described as 'citizen' or 'do-it-yourself' biology. For many “biohackers,” this consists of making small, incremental diet or lifestyle changes to make small improvements in your health and well-being. Biohacks promise anything from quick weight loss to enhanced brain function.
But, what does it mean? What do we need to do to optimise ourselves and can we turn ourselves into super humans?
After a massive internet spiral, I happened upon a South African owned and run company that specialises in biohacking, nootropics and all the other words I had to Google. With conflicting results, it works, it doesn't, I had no option but to reach out to the owner and founder of OPTMZ, Tristan Van Moerkerken.
He joins me on 'The Danny Painter' show to answer all the questions - even the dodgy ones I have about all things biohacking! So, if you want to be superhuman, this is the podcast for you!
