In this video, posted to the 'Absolute Motivation' YouTube page, the Millennial Monk - Jay Shetty, Tony Robbins and more speak about the dangers of living your life on social media and the effect that it has on your mood! You will be surprised at how damaging it is!
On average you only have 9 years of life.
In recent studies it's been shown that likes on social media pages can have the same affect as cocaine does on our dopamine receptors! Now, with us being exposed to this from younger and younger ages and spending more and more time online, surely this is having a very negative effect on us, both mentally and physically?
Watch the video to see just how bad the effect is and why you should limit the amount of time your children spend online.

Kindness is contagious! Watch this!
How can we try and make our time on social media more positive?
