Deon Dee is back with a new Afrikaans single!
After spending the last 12-ish months re-evaluating and resetting, Deon Dee is back and stronger than ever!
Ready to tackle what life has to throw at him and launching a new single - I caught up with the musician and producer over a Zoom where he got very candid about his life and his struggles with mental illness, saying that at one point he almost stopped playing music altogether!
Thankfully, for us, after a break and speaking to a therapist, Deon decided it was time to come back, on his own terms, and spoke to me about the music, the process, and his hair! Listen here:
