Good Morning Angels: Veli lost his wife, mother, and legs in car accident

LottoStar is joining forces with Good Morning Angels with a special "With Love" fund to give added assistance to as many people as possible during the challenging 2020 pandemic.
BACKGROUND: Veli Mbali is the proud father of 11-year-old Tsogosatho and seven-year-old Thabo. His children are all he has left, after a devastating vehicle accident last year claimed the lives of his wife and his mother. Veli also lost the use of both his legs and has been in a wheelchair ever since. He and his children moved from Soshanguve to Thaba Nchu in the Free State because he has not been able to work since the accident. He has relied on his church and begging to provide for his children, but during lockdown, this has not been possible. “My kids are able to go to my neighbours to eat, but that breaks my heart. Last week, I had to get the sanitary pads for my daughter for the first time. She asked me and I couldn't even afford it.” Veli wrote to Good Morning Angels to ask for assistance with basic everyday needs like food, toiletries, and electricity.

ORIGINAL REQUEST:
Hi Good Morning Angels. Hope this email finds you well.
I, Veli Mbali would like to nominate myself. Last year I had an accident. I lost my mother and my wife and both my legs. I am a father of two children, 11 and 7 years old and now I'm in a wheelchair. Since then I've been going around begging people at supermarkets for food to feed my children. Since this pandemic, I can't go around looking for help even at my church. We sleep without eating some nights. At least my kids are able to go to my neighbours to eat, but that breaks my heart. I can't imagine their pain.
Last week, I had to get the sanitary pads for my daughter for the first time - she asked me and I couldn't even afford it.
I often get sick because I can’t keep up with my medical conditions. I wish I could at the very least feed my family through this pandemic. This is the hardest time for my family. Please can you assist us with the grocery voucher?
I live in Thaba Nchu in the Free State now. It’s a rural area and falls under Bloemfontein which is our City. I listen to Jacaranda FM via Dstv Channel and Live Streaming since I moved here from Pretoria Soshanguve. I was working as a security guard in one of the famous store's Dairy bell before life took my all love life people.
God bless Jacaranda FM & Good Morning Angels. God is great all the times.
Thank you,Veli Mbali
