Say it ain't so?! Appletiser shortage confirmed
We've seen many sweets, drinks, and snacks come and go, so will Appletiser be next?
Everyone has their drink of choice and you never want to see your favourite go down the drain - literally and figuratively.

If you are an Appletiser fan, then you might have been noticing that stocks have been running low and there is a reason for this.
The Coca-Cola company in SA has confirmed that there is a shortage of Appletiser and has also revealed why they are currently low on the product.

Coca-Cola spokesperson Babongile Mandela told News24 that the shortage is not a result of any problem with the product itself. It has not been linked to quality issues and no recall of products has taken place.
Instead, the company says that the recent lack of Appletiser is linked to operational constraints at one of its plants.

There is some good news, however:
This has since been resolved, and Appletiser will be available in trade across all retailers in due course.
So, unlike the Tempo, Chocolate Log, and Tab fans, you don't have to say goodbye to Appletiser... yet!
