Australian singer Kelsey Karter received mixed reactions from across the globe when she decided to get a tattoo of One Direction singer Harry Styles on her right cheek.
Karter hinted on Twitter that she was planning something big for Styles’ birthday, but little did anyone know it was going to be so outrageous!
