"We have some wigs that are over R100,000"
Martin Bester was shocked to find out how much women actually spend on their hair.
On Wednesday a Breakfast with Martin Bester listener revealed that the "renowned" hair extension supplier she works for can charge up to R100,000 for a wig of real human hair.
This comes after presenter and actress Philicity Reeken spoke about the amount of money women spend on hair, especially weaves and wigs.
Furthermore, a normal trip to the salon, without purchasing any wigs "can very easily cost up to R4,000".
