Here’s how to keep warm, no matter the weather conditions:
1. Warm yourself
It is easier to warm yourself first by putting on another layer. If you’re still cold, you can turn up the aircon in the office.
2. Wear a hat
It’s an old trick, but it is true. If your head is warm, your entire body feels more cosy.
3. Wind resistant jacket
Before you head out in the cold, be sure you wear wind-resistant clothing.
