SA documentary 'My Octopus Teacher' wins a BAFTA!
The Netflix original documentary, 'My Octopus Teacher', chronicles the year-long relationship between man and octopus.
The South African documentary, 'My Octopus Teacher', was named the best documentary at the British Academy Film Awards in London on Sunday night.
Like many other ceremonies of its type, the BAFTAs was held online this year.
An emotional Pippa Ehrlich received the award on behalf of the production team.

'My Octopus Teacher' is a 2020 Netflix original documentary film directed by Pippa Ehrlich and James Reed, which documents a year spent by filmmaker Craig Foster forging a relationship with a wild common octopus in a South African kelp forest.
The film shows Foster's growing intimate relationship with the octopus as he follows her around for nearly a year.
