Royal family members get new titles
The passing of Queen Elizabeth II will bring many changes to the royal family, including new titles. Read more below...
Thursday was a sad day for many after the announcement that the United Kingdom's longest-reigning monarch had passed away.
Queen Elizabeth II was 96 years old at the time of her passing.
BREAKING: Queen Elizabeth II has died
"The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon. The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow."
Inevitably, the Queen's death will bring many changes to the British royal family, including new titles for its members.
Prince Charles officially became the reigning monarch and changed his title to King Charles III. His wife, Camilla Parker Bowles, will be known as Queen Consort.

Here are other title changes coming:
- Prince William’s Royal Title has changed from the Duke of Cambridge to The Duke of Cornwall and Cambridge
- Kate Middleton's Royal Title has changed from the Duchess of Cambridge to The Duchess of Cornwall and Cambridge.
- The above-mentioned's oldest son George's new title will be Prince George of Cornwall and Cambridge
- His sister Princess Charlotte’s new title is Princess Charlotte of Cornwall and Cambridge
- William and Kate's youngest son Prince Louis’s new title is Prince Louis of Cornwall and Cambridge
- Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's son Archie Mountbatten-Windsor will now be called Prince Archie
- Lilibet Mountbatten-Windsor will now be called Princess Lilibet
