Over the weekend, Martin Bester visited his father in the platteland.
Breakfast with Martin Bester and Rikus de Beer discussed the fact that there is just some stuff that people don't eat, but sometimes you don't have a choice.

Martin Bester admits that when he visits the platteland, you should just eat everything people offer you.
"When you are visiting the platteland towns you cannot ask for vegan meals - you must just eat what they give you," Rikus de Beer joked.
"I basically eat anything - but not cucumber. That is just unnecessary," Liesl Laurie said.
"I will eat anything - but not vegetables," Elma Smit insisted.
