Micro-apartments worth R1.35-million on sale in Cape Town

Cape Town is getting apartments the size of 1.5 parking spaces – for R1.35-million each.
Micro-apartments have been launched in Cape Town - and they will cost you a whopping R1.35-million!
The 29 square metre apartments are roughly the size of one and a half public parking spaces.

Martin Bester does not understand how someone can sell an apartment so small for R1.35-million.
"The apartments are close to a university and that is probably why it's so expensive," Elma Smit said.
