Grammy Award-winning singer, Taylor Swift, received an honorary doctorate degree!
The 11-time Grammy Award winner, Taylor Swift, has been honoured with a Doctorate of Fine Arts degree from New York University.

On Wednesday, Swift delivered a commencement speech to the NYU graduates where she received her honorary degree.
"Last time I was in a stadium this size, I was dancing in heels and wearing a glittery leotard. This outfit is much more comfortable."

It was announced in March this year that Swift would be a speaker and a degree recipient at this honorary graduation.
"I'm 90 percent sure the reason I'm here is that I have a song called '22'."
