The Taoyuan Veterans Home, a government-run facility for retired army personnel, was forced to apologise after the incident.

The stripper was wearing a sparkly red dress while dancing exotically in front of the veterans.
During her routine, the stripper lay on the floor, spread her legs, and then let one of the residents touch her breast.
In the clip, the wheelchair-bound veterans seemed thrilled by the exotic dancer's erotic and sensual dancing.

However, the facility came under fire for the "inappropriate" entertainment and was forced to apologise for the performance.
