How to wash your cloth facemask
Have you experienced a mask-induced breakout because of hours of breathing into your mask?
Many of us have had to ditch our red lipstick for a cloth mask which is why caring for our protective wear is so important.
But what is the safest way to ensure your mask is properly cleaned?
According to experts, cloth face coverings should be washed after each use.

It is important to always remove face coverings correctly and wash your hands after handling or touching a used face covering.
You can wash your face mask in the washing machine with your regular laundry detergent or you can wash it by hand.
If using a tumble dryer: use the highest heat setting and leave to completely dry.

However, if you prefer to air dry the cloth face mask, it is best to lay it flat and allow it to dry completely in direct sunlight.
