Elma Smit was joined by coach Franco Smith from Bloemfontein, where he's spending lockdown with his family.
Smith got on one of the last flights out of Rome when they suspended the Six Nations a few weeks ago.

He told Elma Smit what it was like coaching and training in those last few weeks before shutdown and why he believes Italy could emerge from this period with important new perspectives.
Smith also told Breakfast with Martin Bester more about @maxime.mbanda, the Italy loose forward who now works as a volunteer ambulance driver and he shared some of his recommended reading at the moment.
