Dr Gerhard Verdoorn of the Griffon Poison Information Centre spoke to Breakfast with Martin Bester. He warns which sanitisers not to use and which are 100% safe.
Dr Verdoorn is known for his research in Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Phytochemistry, Environmental Toxicology, Occupational Health, Industrial Chemistry, Vulture Biology, Toxicology, and Genetics.
He dedicated over twenty years of his career to conservation and is currently employed as Operations and Stewardship Manager of CropLife South Africa and Director of the Griffon Poison Information Centre.
