Royal tour takes final curtsy with Ramaphosa visit

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will also be meeting with struggle icon Graça Machel.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will end their royal visit to Southern Africa by meeting with President Cyril Ramaphosa and first lady Tshepo Motsepe on Wednesday afternoon.


Their Royal Highnesses’ final official engagement will be with Ramaphosa and Motsepe at the Union Buildings in the administrative capital of South Africa.


Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will also be meeting with struggle icon Graça Machel.  


The Duke last met with Machel during his visit to South Africa in 2015.

Before that, the British royals will also be using their final hours in Mzanzi to champion the youth and the role South Africa’s future general can play towards building a prosperous country.


Their Royal Highnesses plan to discuss the dark cloud of unemployment and outreach programs benefitting young people.


They will also celebrate creative artists, meet investors and promote female entrepreneurship at a reception at the Residence of the British High Commissioner to South Africa.
