The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, will be kicking off their tour of South Africa on Monday in the township of Nyanga. Nyanga has the highest murder rate in the country.

The area has kept its notorious status after 289 murder cases were reported there in a year.
Harry and Markle will be visiting the organisation 'Justice Desk,' an initiative aimed at educating children about their rights, self-awareness, and safety.
The NGO also provides self-defense classes and female empowerment training to young girls in the community.
Over 35 000 residents have benefited from the program which is supported by the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust.
They will observe a self-defense class by Mbokodo Girls’ Empowerment programme – which has the motto, ‘waithint’ abafazi wathint’imbokodo’ (when you strike a woman; you strike a rock).
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will also be visiting the District 6 Museum and Home Coming Centre on Monday.
