Vilakazi to Brondby?
Bidvest Wits are staying mum on their star player Sibusiso Vilakazi’s proposed move to Danish side Brondby.
Vilakazi, 24, who helped The Clever Boys to a third-place finish in this season's Absa Premiership, was rewarded with the award of PSL Footballer of the Season.
In addition to the R250 000 for the above award, Vilakazi also walked for with the Players' Player of the Season award (R150 000) and the Nedbank Cup Player of the Tournament award (R150 000) - giving the midfielder a total of R550 000!
According to the KickOff website, Viakazi spent a week on trial at Brondby in March this year, and is rumoured to have been invited back for a second stint.
The loss of their star player would be a massive loss for coach Gavin Hunt in his second year at the helm of the club next season.
