Nick Durandt laid to rest

The boxing and biking community have come together to pay their final respects to boxing legend Nick Durandt.
The well-known boxing trainer died in a motorcycle accident near Clarens in the Free State two weeks ago, at the age of 53.
Durandt is being laid to rest in the south of Johannesburg, in what is known as the Lebanese Church.

Durandt, who quit full-time training last year to focus on other business interests, trained a string of world champions and top fighters during his time as a trainer and handed his boxing gym business over to his son Damien.
Durandt was a massive biking enthusiast and also the president of the Crusaders Bike Club.
