Smith is presently one of Cricket South Africa's (CSA) leading brand ambassadors and linked to numerous sponsorship initiatives
associated with CSA, including KFC, Momentum and Ram Slam Hand to Hand Couriers.
TC: The KFC T20 Series between South Africa and New Zealand has just been completed with honours even.
The Proteas are far from a well-oiled machine at this early stage of the season and din't have a good Bangladesh series.
With the ODI Series looming, do you still foresee a close series ?
TC: Was the just-completed Bangladesh tour a reasonably good sighter, do you feel, for the up-coming tour to India ?
TC: You mentioned how important it is to get that balance between youth and experience in all the different disciplines of the game.
Next year is a T20 World Cup year and you alluded to how long the up-coming season is -- it extends right until late April next year --
Do you feel the focus will, therefore, fall heavily on the shortest form of the game in the next eight months ?
TC: As a former Proteas Test captain and in light of the amount of two to three-day Tests of late in England and Sri Lanka,
do you feel T20 cricket, and perhaps to a lesser extent ODI cricket, is eroding the Test skill set and the 'patient' approach to
the game ?
TC: Graeme, tell us more about your role via the KFC Mini-Cricket Programme, getting kids active in an increasingly
cyber society ?
