Khoza, Motaung retain positions in new NSL executive
Local football heavyweights Irvin Khoza and Kaizer Motaung have retained their positions in the new National Soccer League (NSL) executive committee.
The new committee was elected after the quadrennial general meeting in Johannesburg on Wednesday.
The elections resulted in the addition of Cape Town City’s John Comitis, David Thidiela of Black Leopards and Robert Benadie to the NSL committee.
Incumbent PSL chairman Khoza earned another four-year term in office after he was elected unopposed.
The committee is tasked with monitoring the South Africa's topflight and promoting the sport’s development.
