Hamilton’s last chance to redeem himself
Updated | By Kriya Gangiah
This week, Brazil
named Lewis Hamilton an honorary citizen. Not only does he have a close
relationship with Brazil because of his boyhood idol, Ayrton Senna, but it is
also the scene of his first Formula One title in 2008.
Unfortunately,
this might also be his last change to get a win for 2022, if he fails this will
become the first season in his career without a win in Formula One.
Motorsport
analyst and TopGear SA Director Avon Middleton weighed in on the matter on the latest Track This podcast: “Brazil is going to
be hot, with two races to go, he could win, but those Red Bulls are just too
quick.”
Tschops
Sipuka, race car driver and fellow Track This panelist says, “Lewis might win in
Brazil only if some takes Max out.”
However,
now that Red Bull has nothing to lose Kriya Gangiah, Track This host and
motorsport enthusiast says, “if he was going to win he has to win this race
because Red Bull is going to be unstoppable in Abu Dhabi.”
Do you think Lewis will go the 2022 season without a win? Take a listen to the full podcast below and let the team know on their social media channels.
