Arods last tip of the week - Cardio!
After doing cardio, eat and hour after finishing. Think of it like this, you run and your body is looking for fat and sugar and protein. So instead of getting it from your food/protein wait an hour and you might just see your waistline vanishing seeing as your body is now using from your fat deposits as energy
