Magashule corruption case postponed to August
The multi-million fraud and corruption case against African National Congress (ANC) secretary-general Ace Magashule has been postponed to August.
Magashule made his second appearance in the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court on Friday morning.
The former Free State premier and his co-accused face several criminal charges including fraud, corruption and money laundering over a multi-million rand asbestos roofing audit contract.

The case was postponed to the August 11 when the accused will appear for a pre-trial conference in the Free State High Court.
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) also added three more senior government officers, who were arrested on Thursday, to the case.
The trio were each granted R50 000 bail.
