Jacaranda FM and Halo Advertising walked away with a number of accolades at the Assegai Awards 2017, including the prestigious Nkosi Award for Jacaranda FM's #MoreMusicYouLove campaign.

The Direct Marketing Association of South Africa (DMASA) hosted the Assegai Awards 2017 where the awards are not given for over-the-top production values and big budgets, but rather creativeness and strategy across traditional and new media.
Earlier this year, Jacaranda FM worked with Halo Advertising to put together the #MoreMusicYouLove live lipsync billboard that launched the radio station's new brand positioning.
Together, we walked away with a number of awards on the evening:
- Gold for Direct Response Mass Media: TV, Print, Out-of-home and Radio Media
- Gold for Integrated Direct marketing Campaigns (min across 3 channels)
- Gold for Innovative Solutions, Use of New Technologies
- The Black Spear award for Face to Face Activations / Field Marketing
Halo Advertising also took home the highest accolade of the night, the Nkosi Award.
We would also like to extend thanks to Halo Advertising for their dedication and hard work.
A big thank you to all of our incredible listeners who have interacted with us and who tune in every day. We love you! #MoreMusicYouLove
