Connie Ferguson back on Generations
After leaving the show for what she claimed was "the last time," Connie Ferguson returns to Generations: The Legacy.
In a statement released last week, the show's spokesperson Gaaratwe Mokhethi confirmed that actress Connie Ferguson will be reprising her role as Karabo.
"We (Generations) have a great relationship with Connie and so when we called her to help us with her storyline‚ she was happy to return‚" explained Mokheti.
Ferguson recently returned to set and we can expect to see her on TV as early as January.
According to Mokheti, Ferguson would be on the show for an undetermined period of time based on the way her storyline develops.

"She will be on screens for as long as her storyline needs her. The character of Karabo has always been key to the show‚" said Mokheti.
Ferguson on the other hand, seems to have a different understanding of the arrangement.
Speaking to True Love, she said: "I'm only going back to the soapie for only four calls to wrap up the story line. I see everyone making a big deal about it. I'll literally be on set for just four days and I'll be gone again."
If you've been following her movements, you will know that this is the third time she has returned to the show.
She attributed her most recent departure to her need to focus on her other TV projects which include Mzansi Magic's The Queen, Rockville Season 4 and the upcoming season of iGazi which are produced by the production company she co-owns with her husband, Ferguson Films.
Seeing as Ferguson and Mokheti had two different things to say about how long she'll be on the show, we only have one question… which one is true guys?
Thanks to one of our Facebook fans, Ajax Laipa Mditshwa, we came across an article on the SA Soapies website that reveals the details of Karabo's short return.
In addition to some heated chemistry between Karabo and Tau, we can expect to see her finalize their divorce and settle a score with him.
