Sam Smith finally released his highly anticipated James Bond
Spectre theme song on Friday.
Sam Smith teased us with a sample of “Writing’s on the Wall” earlier this week, and he had everyone across the globe waiting with bated breath for the full single.
The 23-year-old British singer finally put us out of our misery when he released the Spectre theme song on Friday. Turns out the song was definitely worth the wait, as Smith delivered one of his best vocal performances to date.
Accompanied by an echoing piano and fleeting, yet equally penetrating sounds of an orchestra, Smith’s piercing vocals form the perfect backdrop for both the upcoming James Bond movie and the song itself.
