More exciting new updates coming to WhatsApp

is about time these updates were added!
WhatsApp recently released a statement outlining the features that will be added - and they are exciting.

The first feature to be added will be the ability to react to messages in a similar way to how you react on Facebook.
The second big update is that you will be able to share files up to 2 GB in size in a group.

The last chance will be that groups will have an increased number of participants, which, according to the release, will help you in “creating and nurturing meaningful, private connections.”
