Don't have an ice-cream machine? No worries, you don't need one for this recipe.
Here's what you will need:
125ml whole milk
125ml cream
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup salt (preferably rock salt)
2 zipper plastic bag
Ice-cubes
Strong arms!
