Spicy Pork Ribs Recipe for Father’s Day

Here’s
a little braai opportunity to celebrate your ultimate braai master!
If you have been wondering what to put together this Father’s Day, then this recipe is going to be a hit!
The prep and cooking takes a while, but at the end of it you will have one happy dad!
INGREDIENTS
500 g pork ribs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp peri-peri sauce (Optional)
1 Crushed clove garlic
1 Finely cut red pepper
black pepper
METHOD
Slow cook in the oven the night before for one hour wrapped in foil.
Prepare your marinade using the mixture of your ingredients.
Allow the ribs to cool down then allow them to marinade overnight.
The next day pop them onto the grill.
Make sure the coals have turned white and you have a medium heat.
Braai each side for 5 minutes.
Remember to baste your ribs with the leftover marinade as you grill them.
