Dry Ingredients
1. 2 1/2 half cup flour
2. 1 cup sugar
3. Half cup coco powder
4. Half spoon baking soda
5. Half spoon baking powder
6. Pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients
1. 3 eggs
2. 1 cup cooking oil
3. Table spoon vanilla essence
4. 1 cup buttermilk
5. 1 cup coffee /boiling water
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
2. Prepare two baking pans (grease with oil and dust with flour).
3. Mix all dry ingredients (mix well).
4. Gently pour your whisked wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and make sure all is combined nicely into a chocolate dough.
5. Pour in half the dough into two baking pans.
6. Bake for 40 minutes to an hour depending on your oven or do a toothpick test.
