Celebrating 100 years of making life delicious is not so much about Eskort the company. It’s much more about Eskort the brand and the many stories which are associated with meals inspired by Eskort products.
Congratulations to the winners whose recipes and stories will be featured in our 100 Recipes for 100 Years recipe book.
Helping us to put the soul back into soul food this week, we have two finalists whose recipes and stories are just as inspiring but didn’t make the final selections.
Spicy Pork Cottage Pie and a Bacon Tomato Bredie
Lizanne Wilson submitted a #JustDelicious Vienna Fritatta recipe with this story. After a long "not because you want to but because you have to" day at the office..the last thing you want, is to think about supper and to stop at a grocery store. I always have eggs, potatoes and viennas/bacon in the house. What better meal than to just throw all together and protein and carb it up for some energy.
We also feature Noodle & Peach Salad, a recipe by Erika va Staden who wrote 'This is the first thing my soon to be mother in law shared with me. My fiancé absolutely loves it and I have to make it for him all the time. Just brings back so many fond memories of when we started dating.
