A video posted on TikTok by @rendagrella gained traction on the app as she shared her realisation of how her mother’s advice of her looking prettier without make-up made sense.
The video started trending as people were stitching their own videos, sharing the advice or warning they got from their own mothers that only made sense when they were older.
