Here are four hacks that will help you charge your phone faster:
1. Switch off your phone and charge it
Switching your phone off while you charge it means that there are no distractions. With nothing using power in the background, your phone will charge much faster.

2. Put your phone on airplane mode
If you don't want to switch your phone off, you can simply set it to airplane mode while it charges. This means no texts or phone calls will disturb your phone while charging, because there won’t be a network connection.
3. Charge it on a wall socket
Many people like to charge their cellphone through their computer while they work, or in the car while they drive. This will slow down the charging process. The laptop USB port and car charging point have a low voltage than a wall socket.
4. Be wary of using fake chargers
Fake chargers can cost less than the price of the original chargers, but you might find that they will be more costly in the end. They can damage your battery and reduce the charging speed, so rather invest in a quality charger.
