New Jacaranda FM Line Up

The all-new Jacaranda FM line up has been announced and listeners will be pleased with a line-up that includes new talent, music and 24 hours of the amazing content they have come to love.

24 July 2015, Jacaranda FM Broadcast Centre – The all-new Jacaranda FM line up has been announced by the station’s General Manager, Kevin Fine, and listeners will be pleased with a line-up that includes new talent, music and 24 hours of the amazing content they have come to love.


 
Fine was also proud to announce that well known actress, model, presenter and DJ Bridget Masinga will be joining the Jacaranda team from 3 August in an all-new show from 09h00 to 12h00.


 
Those on night shift can tune into Carla McKenzie, 01h00 to 04h00 and early birds can expect to hear Thabiso ‘Mack’ Rapapali from 04h00 to 06h00.
 


The Complimentary Breakfast will remain the same, offering listeners some familiarity during peak hour traffic in the morning from 06h00 to 09h00. 
 


Barney Simon will remain on the second half of The Workzone in the 12h00 – 16h00 slot but he has decided to keep his week nights and weekends free for friends, family and rock legends and will no longer be hosting Barney and Friends on Wednesday evenings or Closet Classics on Sundays.


 
Martin Bester and his drive team will still be there to accompany listeners home and make the trip in the traffic more bearable from 16h00 to 19h00.


 
Cassy Clarke will host The Lounge from 19h00 to 22h00 and The Late show with Frankie and Kriya will entertain with Frankie du Toit and Kriya Gangiah from 22h00 to 01h00.


 
The weekend kicks off at 22h00 on Friday with The House Party with DJ Jazzy D.
