Jacaranda FM at Heartbeat for Mandela Day

Heartbeat foundation is an organization that Jacaranda FM has taken under their wing, and is where we spent our 67 minutes for Mandela Day.

Jacaranda FM has made a promise to Heartbeat in Mamelodi to not only give 67 minutes for Mandela Day, but to commit to 52 weeks of support to the community.

The Heartbeat project provides a safe afterschool haven for kids ranging from 6 to 18 years. At Heartbeat the children receive food packs for their families, a hot meal, help with their homework and counselling.
