#TeamMack is all about winning!

Yesterday I went all out with the #JacaBoys to tackle a 5 aside soccer league and we won!

If you are a 5 Aside fan, you will know that it's all about speed and there's no rest once you start. We started by stretching with the boys, as you see in the video and also did a few warm up sessions by running the field to pump up the blood and muscles.

Now with my brand new Apple watch and the iPhone 7 sponsored by MyiStore, I timed my 8Km run to see if I will last without anyone substituting me.

I managed to run 7,39KM without stopping , just by chasing the ball and obviously scoring. Now it's very clear with my gadgets keeping track of my performance and health, you don't have to walk, gym or jog the streets to be fit for the Discovery Jacaranda FM Spring Walk. Join a local league in the meantime or a rugby 7's to get you ready.

The battle is on and I can't wait to be first on that finish line, #TeamMack will dominate and win.
