UPDATE: Prudence and Joe reveal all about their Comrades proposal
Joseph Ndlovu and Prudence Dick got engaged when Joe proposed after the 90km Comrades Marathon this year. On Tuesday, 30 August, we organised an entire wedding in less than an hour!
As he was completing the 90km Comrades Marathon, Joseph Kagiso Ndlovu proposed to his girlfriend, Prudence Dick.
Ndlovu pulled out a sign which read, “Prudence, will you marry me? Run 90 km for you”, as he finished the marathon.

On Tuesday, 30 August, he revealed on Breakfast with Martin Bester that his girlfriend accepted the proposal.
The Pretoria man also shared that the day of the proposal was the 10th anniversary of his wife's death. He believed it was time for him to move on and therefore proposed to his girlfriend, Prudence.
The pair was surprised by the Breakfast with Martin Bester listeners after receiving generous sponsors for their special day, which included a ring, a wedding dress, and much more.

On Monday, Prudence and Joe shared all the proceedings of their wedding and expressed their gratitude to our listeners.
The pair was also surprised by some of our listeners with an array of wedding venues to choose from.
