Pretoria Boys High beat Affies for the first time in 11 years!
The monstrous schoolboy rugby clash between Pretoria Boys
High and Afrikaanse Hoër Seunskool (Affies) this past weekend ended in victory for Boys High!
The rivalry dates back almost 100 years and is one of the greatest inter-school events on the local South African schoolboy rugby calendar.
The match started at 13:15 on Saturday afternoon with great excitement roaring through the pavilion.
Years of fierce and proud battles between the two schools have now intensified as Saturday was the first time in 11 years that Pretoria Boys High have beaten Affies!
The final score was 38-21.
Well done to Boys High for the incredible achievement! Bring on the next meeting, as Affies will want revenge!
