Africa's most industrialised nation is preparing to reopen its economy on Monday, 1 June, as it moves into level three of a five-tier lockdown, in force since March 27.

Under level three, all but high-risk sectors of the economy will be allowed to reopen, as will schools and places of worship.

Liquor sales will resume, but for home consumption only.

"Those who have licenses are allowed to sell alcohol, but it must be for take-away and comply with the regulations,” said President Cyril Ramaphosa.

This decision has opened the door for some fun...

Zander Fourie took the popular 2002 Jak de Priester hit, 'Sally Williams', and changed the words slightly.
